  • Customers are required to record a full 360° unboxing video while opening the parcel.
  • This video is mandatory for any return or replacement request.
The video must clearly show:
Package condition before opening
Unboxing process without cuts or edits
Any issues such as:
  • Damaged products
  • Incorrect size
  • Wrong color
  • Different product received
⚠️ Without a proper unboxing video, return or replacement requests will not be accepted.

2. Reporting an Issue

Share the unboxing video along with order details.
Our team will review and verify the issue.

3. Approval Process

Return or replacement will be processed only after verification of the issue through the unboxing video.
Once approved, our team will provide the return address and instructions.

4. Returning the Product

Customers must securely pack the product and send it to the address provided by our team.
The product should be in the same condition as received.

5. Return Shipping Charges

The return shipping cost will be reimbursed to the customer’s account after verification.

6. Final Verification

After receiving the returned product, our team will: Inspect the item, cross-check it with the unboxing video provided earlier
Once confirmed, the return or replacement will be processed accordingly.
