  • After payment, customers must share the transaction receipt along with order details via WhatsApp for confirmation.

Customers may also:
  • Select products from our website
  • Send the product details via WhatsApp
  • Our team will assist in placing the order after payment confirmation
  • Orders will be processed only after successful payment verification.
3. Payment Policy
  • We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
  • Orders will only be processed after full payment is received and verified.
  • Customers must ensure correct payment details are shared to avoid delays.
4. Order Confirmation & Dispatch
  • Once the payment is confirmed, the order will be processed.
  • A photo of the packed product along with tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp.
  • Customers can also track their orders through the website.
5. Shipping & Delivery
  • Standard delivery time: 7–10 working days
  • Selected products: 2–3 working days delivery
  • Delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as logistics delays or public holidays.
6. Return & Replacement Policy

To be eligible for a return or replacement, customers must provide a complete 360° unboxing video of the parcel.

The video must clearly show:

  • The sealed package before opening
  • The unboxing process
  • The issue (damage, wrong product, size issue, etc.)
⚠️ Important:
Without a proper unboxing video, no return or replacement claims will be accepted.

7. Customer Responsibility

  • Ensure availability to receive the parcel at the given address.
  • Verify product details before placing the order.
8. Cancellation Policy

  • For cancellation requests before processing, customers must contact us immediately via WhatsApp.
9. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by courier services
  • Incorrect address provided by the customer
  • Loss or damage claims without proper unboxing proof
